[Diskussion] Is an english only reply allowed?

Hi, just want to ask if English is allowed as a language or is this a strictly german board? I think 1 of my post is deleted and i have no idea why.

I have to use google translate. I need to post 20 and i really dont want to spam threads just to make it to 20, so i am trying to contribute in some of the easy discussions

(I am unsure what were the choices in the prefix since Diskussion was the only thing i can understand)
